Anglesey Auto Locksmith is a sole trader mobile auto locksmith service operating across Anglesey and Gwynedd, Wales. Our contact details are:

2. Services

We provide mobile auto locksmith services including but not limited to:

• Car lockout / non-destructive vehicle entry
• Car key replacement and programming
• Lost car key (all-keys-lost) replacement
• Spare car key cutting and programming
• Key fob repair and replacement
• Transponder key programming
• Ignition barrel repair and replacement
• Broken key extraction
• ECU diagnostics
• DPF cleaning

All services are provided at the customer’s location (mobile) across Anglesey and Gwynedd. We do not operate a fixed workshop for customer vehicle drop-off.

3. Quotations and Pricing

We provide a fixed price quotation by telephone before attending any job. The quoted price is the total price for the service described at the time of quotation, subject to the following conditions:

• The quotation is based on the vehicle make, model and fault described by the customer. If the actual vehicle or fault differs materially from the description, we reserve the right to revise the price before commencing work.
• If additional work is identified on site that was not part of the original quotation, we will inform you and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
• We do not charge a call-out fee for any location on Anglesey or the Gwynedd areas we cover.
• Out-of-hours attendance (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) may be priced differently to standard hours. This will be stated clearly in the telephone quotation.

4. Payment

• Payment is due on completion of the work, before we leave the site.
• We accept payment by bank card (debit or credit) and bank transfer (BACS).
• We do not accept cash as our primary payment method. Please confirm your preferred payment method when booking.
• A receipt or invoice will be provided on request.

5. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on all parts supplied and labour carried out, subject to the following:

• The warranty covers defects in the parts or workmanship carried out by us.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage (unless the original fault was water-related), or third-party modification.
• Key fobs and remote fob housings carry a 12-month warranty on the programming and mechanical components. Battery replacement is not covered under warranty.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us within the 12-month period by phone or email with details of the original job.

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel a booked job at any time before we set off without charge.
• If we have already set off to your location and you cancel, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out cost to cover travel time and fuel. This will not exceed 50% of the quoted job price.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a job due to circumstances beyond our control (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, family emergency). We will notify you as soon as practicable and offer an alternative appointment.

7. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance appropriate to our work.

• We will not be liable for damage to a vehicle that was pre-existing before we attended the job.
• We use non-destructive entry techniques for all vehicle lockout work. In the very rare event that minor cosmetic marking occurs during a lockout, we will inform you immediately. Our liability in such cases is limited to the cost of remedying the cosmetic damage only.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of earnings or costs of alternative transport.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the price paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Vehicle Ownership

By engaging our services, you confirm that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the owner’s explicit permission to have auto locksmith work carried out on the vehicle. We reserve the right to request and verify proof of ownership at any stage. Providing false information regarding ownership is a criminal offence.

9. Website Use

The content of our website (https://angleseylocksmith.co.uk) is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy.

• You may not reproduce, copy or republish any content from our website without our express written permission.

• Prices and availability information on the website are indicative only. Confirmed pricing is provided by telephone quotation before each job.

10. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

13. Changes to These Terms

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
